The AI says my Eloqua has not been learned yet

Open Settings and click Learn my Eloqua. When it says "Updated", ask again. If you are in a team, your administrator can do it for the company.

"Learning your Eloqua" takes long

A big Eloqua takes several minutes. You can leave the page: it goes on. If it ends with "Last try failed", click Learn my Eloqua again. If it fails again, tell us.

I cannot sign in with Eloqua

First check that you can sign in to Eloqua itself with the same login. If that works and sign-in still fails, tell us your company name and the time.

"Too many requests at once" or "this minute"

One person can run 5 requests at once and 120 a minute. Wait a moment. Ask for more data in one request instead of many small ones, or use an export for a long list.

"Your company's Eloqua is busy"

Many people in your company asked at the same time. We limit this to protect your Eloqua. Try again in a few seconds.

My AI app wants to disconnect another app

You can connect up to 3 AI apps. The page tells you which one would be disconnected (the one you used least recently). Allow it, or cancel and keep things as they are.

The download link does not work

The link works for 10 minutes and stops working once a download has completed. Ask your AI app for the export again to get a new link.

The export is missing rows

One file holds up to 50,000 rows. The answer says how many are missing. Ask for the next part, or narrow the search.

The answer looks cut off

A very long answer is cut at 100,000 characters, by whole rows. Ask for fewer columns, a narrower search, or an export.

"Counts by field" shows nothing or zero

The field needs a pick list, or you tell the AI which values to count. If every count is zero, the value stored in Eloqua may differ from the label you see. Check one record.

A segment's size is missing

Eloqua does not always answer when asked how many contacts a segment holds. Lists and forms show their size, segments often do not. If you really need it, ask for the count again later, or look at the segment in Eloqua.

I do not see something my colleague sees

Your AI app sees what your Eloqua login is allowed to see. Ask your Eloqua administrator about your rights.

The names are out of date

Names come from the last time you clicked Learn my Eloqua. The data itself (counts, records) is always read live. Click Learn my Eloqua again after you add forms, campaigns or fields.

My trial ended or my plan stopped

Open your account page to choose a plan. Your Eloqua is never changed, whatever happens to your plan.
