Terms of service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Salah Eddine Jari EI – Martech, Rue des Etats Unis, 77300 Fontainebleau ("we") and the company or person who opens an account ("you"). By starting a trial or a paid plan you accept them.
1. The service
MCPilot connects AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Claude) to Oracle Eloqua so people can ask questions about their Eloqua data. The service only reads Eloqua, and each person only sees what their own Eloqua account allows. It is for businesses and professionals only, signing up with a work email; it is not offered to consumers, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
2. Accounts and teams
- Account: each person has their own account, opened with their work email and linked to their own Eloqua login.
- Team: colleagues of one company (same email domain, same Eloqua instance) can share one subscription. A team has up to 3 administrators, who invite and remove people and manage the plan. Each person in a team uses a license.
- Someone who leaves a team, is removed from it, or whose team closes keeps their own account and can choose their own plan. An account with no plan is deleted 30 days after its trial ended, its plan stopped, or it left a team, whichever is latest. We email you a week before.
- You must only connect an Eloqua instance you are authorised to use, keep your Eloqua login secure, and tell us at contact@mcpilot.eu if you think your account is misused.
3. Free trial
Each person gets one 14-day free trial. An account that is deleted and opened again does not get a new trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends: the connector pauses until a plan is chosen. Joining a team before using the trial keeps it for later.
4. Prices and billing
- Personal plan: €19 per month, for one person.
- Team plan: €129 per month for 11 licenses, plus €10 per month for each additional license, up to 100. Administrators choose the number of licenses. More licenses are charged at once for the rest of the paid month (after the administrator confirms the amount); fewer licenses start at the next renewal, with no refund.
- Prices are excluding VAT. While we are under the VAT exemption no VAT is charged ("TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI"); once we are registered for VAT, it is added where it applies.
- Billing is monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically. Invoices are available in the billing portal. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days; access stops while it remains unpaid.
- A second subscription paid by mistake (for example two payment pages, or a plan while a team already covers you) is stopped and refunded automatically.
5. Cancellation
- You can stop a plan at any time. Stopped at the end of the month, it stays active until the end of the period already paid. Stopped now (for example to join a team), it ends at once.
- A team subscription that is stopped closes the team at the end of the paid period, and everyone is released. An administrator can also close a team at once.
- Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
6. Your data
Your Eloqua data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice and the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms for company accounts. When an account's trial or subscription has ended, we delete the account and its data 30 days later (or earlier on request), except invoices we must keep by law. Eloqua sign-ins unused for 90 days are removed; the person signs in again next time.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on Oracle Eloqua, your AI provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and Stripe. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Answers produced by an AI assistant can be wrong: check important information in Eloqua before acting on it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to access data you are not allowed to see, to overload or attack it or Eloqua, or to resell it without our written agreement.
9. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance may cause short interruptions. Support is by email at contact@mcpilot.eu, on working days.
10. Suspension
We may suspend access to protect the service, its users or Eloqua, or in case of non-payment or a breach of these terms. We will tell you why, unless the law or security prevents it.
11. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability over any 12 months is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost business). Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or what the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Intellectual property
We keep all rights in the service. You keep all rights in your data.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email for changes that affect you materially; you can cancel before they apply.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the courts of Fontainebleau, unless the law gives a consumer another choice.
