Getting started
MCPilot lets your AI app (ChatGPT, Claude or another one that supports MCP connectors) answer questions about your Oracle Eloqua: contacts, accounts, campaigns, emails, forms, segments, lists and custom objects. It only reads. Nothing in your Eloqua can be changed.
1. Connect your AI app
- In your AI app, add a custom connector (also called a remote MCP server).
- Paste this address: https://mcpilot.eu/eloqua
- When the app asks you to sign in, choose Oracle Eloqua and sign in with your own Eloqua login.
- Allow access. The app now sees only what your Eloqua login is allowed to see.
You can connect up to 3 AI apps. If you add one more, we ask before disconnecting the one you used least recently.
2. Let your AI learn your Eloqua
Open Settings and click Learn my Eloqua. It takes a few minutes. Your AI app learns the names of your fields, forms, campaigns, segments and custom objects, so it finds the right one the first time. It reads only your setup, never your contacts' data.
Do this once, and again when your setup changes a lot.
3. Ask questions
Some examples:
- How many contacts do I have per country?
- Show me the fields of the custom object "Event Registration".
- What is in the campaign "Spring Webinar Series"?
- How many members does the contact list "Newsletter" have?
- Find the form about demo requests.
- Which contacts opened the October newsletter last week?
4. Get a list as a file
For a long list, ask for an export. You get a link to click. The link downloads a CSV file that opens in Excel, and it works for 10 minutes. One file holds up to 50,000 rows. If more rows match, your AI app tells you how many are missing and offers the next part.
Good to know
- Your AI app answers with what your Eloqua login can see, not more.
- Each question is logged (what was asked, never the data). You see your own list under Activity.
- Something not working? See Troubleshooting or talk to us.
